With a Diplomate (USA) in Logotherapy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Education and Communications combined with 35 years business experience, Barbara Johnson found her life calling in the words of Viktor Frankl, “Better People, not in spite of but because of the very circumstances that they found themselves in”. The work of Viktor Frankl inspired her to establish Leadership Dimensions as a channel to fulfil this calling.

Leadership Dimensions adopts the holistic approach of Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy; an existentialist analysis that focuses on ‘will to meaning’. Logotherapy is founded upon the belief that striving to find meaning in one's life is the primary, most powerful, motivating and driving force in humans.

Leadership Dimensions works with the uniqueness of individuals, to find meaning, purpose and fulfilment that is unique to each individual. Furthermore, it is through the individuals own adversities that meaning is found, and change embraced.

Leadership Dimensions offers counselling and coaching to ‘hold your hand’ for a short period of time to transform the frustrations of life into a more meaningful, purposeful, and fulfilling way of living.
